We have now been to Rosario's twice; both times, we have ordered too much food, and both times we have wolfed all of it down. My spouse is completely in love with this restaurant, and can't get over the fact that it "tastes just like Peru -- well, the *good* restaurants there!" Whoever is cooking has not only mastered Peruvian cuisine, but is an extremely talented chef in general.

I moved away from here about 15 years ago and places like this were lacking. I'm glad to see a South American restaurant in the area. I was visiting this past week and found the food to be excellent and authentic
