About Us

In Peru, I pursued my passion for education, studying to become an early childhood teacher, equivalent to a kindergarten teacher in the U.S. I worked with young children for several years before life brought me to the United States. However, my heart was always drawn to Peruvian gastronomy. Moving to a new country gave me the opportunity to appreciate even more the richness of Peru’s culinary heritage and ignited a desire to share it with a wider audience.

 

Twelve years ago, I started small by cooking for Peruvian festivals, events, and gatherings. The feedback I received was overwhelmingly positive—people loved the authentic flavors and encouraged me to open a restaurant. What began as a distant dream slowly started to take shape. The journey was long, filled with valuable lessons that helped me refine and elevate the experience I wanted to offer to our customers.
